Hello Candidates, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has organized “Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees – IX (CRP PO/MT-IX)”.  IBPS was conducted t he IBPS Preliminary Exam on 12th October. Now all candidates check the IBPS PO Prelims Exam Analysis & Review of all shifts. They know the difficulty level, type of question asked and number of good attempts. All examinees who participated for the IBPS PO Exam shared that the difficulty level of the exam was “Easy to Moderate”.

Recently IBPS was released notification for          Common Recruitment Process for Probationary officers/Management Trainees-VIII (CRP PO/MT-VIII). The examination will be two tiers i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. The Exam authority shall be 4012 vacancies of probationary officer post.

The IBPS PO Prelims 13th October Morning Shift is conducting through online mode or CBT. While CBT stands for Computer Based Test. IBPS is an important examination for graduate youth. It has various reputed posts. So a large number of the candidate appears in this online test, i.e., IBPS PO Prelims Exam. First time in history, IBPS is going to conduct an online test for PO recruitment.

IBPS PO Pre Exam pattern 2020- PO Prelims Exam Review

Before checking IBPS PO 2020 Overall Analysis, we look toward exam pattern. The preliminary exam was held for 100 marks and 100 questions asked of objective type. There were three main sections like English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative aptitude. Candidates solved the question paper in 1 hour (60 minutes). English section contain 30 questions of 30 marks, Quantitative Aptitude/Reasoning ability also contains 35 questions of 35 marks each.

IBPS PO 2020 Highlights

The overall level of the exam was easy to moderate. No new pattern based questions were asked in 13th October 1st shift examination
  • English: The level of the English section was easy to moderate. Questions from Error Spotting, fill in the blanks topics were not asked in this shift of the exam
  • Reasoning: Level of the Reasoning section was easy to moderate. 2 puzzles and 1 sitting arrangement were asked in the exam. No questions from Coding Decoding & Circular Arrangement and Blood Relation topic was asked in the exam.
  • Quantitative Aptitude: The level of quantitative section was moderate. 3 sets of Data interpretation (15 Questions) was asked in the shift of the exam. 

IBPS PO Prelims Exam analysis Reasoning  ability

 It has 35 questions with 35 marks. Each question of reasoning has 2 marks weight. Important topics of reasoning are a syllogism, number series, statement questions, Blood relation, Data sufficiency, etc. The level of reasoning section was Moderate.
